Terms and Conditions
Payment,Deposits and Credit:
Luxe Home Interiors requires a minimum payment of 50% of the purchase price as a deposit on all special orders. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Orders for custom yardage items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.
Floor Samples & Clearance Merchandise:
All floor samples and clearance merchandise are sold “as is” and are considered a final sale. The buyer agrees to accept the goods as presented. Any necessary repairs, cleaning, or adjustments are at the buyer’s expense. These items are not eligible for return.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are not accepted once a special order has entered production. Accessories, lighting, artwork, and other non-upholstered items from store or warehouse inventory may be returned within 7 days if they are in new condition. Special orders cannot be canceled due to material delays from suppliers or manufacturers.
Estimated Time of Arrival:
The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for furniture delivery is an approximation and not a guarantee. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors such as production schedules, shipping delays, and unforeseen circumstances may cause the actual delivery time to differ. We do not assume liability for delays or early deliveries
Returns:
Special orders for upholstery, case goods, occasional furniture and rugs may be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery. A restocking fee of 50% will be assessed. All returned items must be in new condition. Luxe Home Interiors will not return or refund furniture that will not fit through doorways, hallways or elevators as a result of the buyer’s incorrect measurements.
Delivery Policy:
Luxe Home Interiors will make every effort to deliver items as noted on the sales order, though delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will notify the buyer of any delays. Merchandise will not be left at the delivery address without full payment. All products are delivered in good condition unless defects are reported at the time of delivery. The buyer must accept delivery within 15 days of notification that goods have arrived at our service center. If an order needs to be held longer than 15 days, the goods must be paid for in full by the 15th day. A storage fee of $3.50 per square foot per month will be charged, with the first full month paid in advance.
Warranties:
We guarantee that all merchandise meets the manufacturer’s warranty standards. Luxe Home Interiors provides free inspection, parts, and labour for valid warranty claims on furniture used for normal household purposes. Warranties do not apply to floor models or clearance merchandise.
Natural Materials:
Natural materials such as stone, wood, marble, wool, and leather are unique in composition and characteristics, meaning no two pieces can be guaranteed identical. While we strive to provide samples that accurately represent the general appearance of materials, we cannot control or guarantee exact matches in colour, texture, or markings.
Handmade Furniture:
When purchasing handmade furniture, customers should be aware that these pieces are crafted using traditional techniques with individual attention to detail. Slight variations in dimensions, finish, surface texture, and overall appearance may occur, making each item unique.
