Payment, Deposits and Credit:

Luxe Home Interiors requires a minimum payment of 50% of the purchase price as a deposit on all special orders. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.  Orders for custom yardage items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.

Floor Samples & Clearance Merchandise:  

Floor samples and clearance merchandise are sold “as is” and are considered a final sale.  The buyer agrees to accept the goods as presented.  Any repairs, cleaning or adjustment to merchandise shall be made at the buyer’s expense.  Floor samples and clearance merchandise are considered a final sale and are not subject to return. 


After a special order is placed into production cancellations cannot be accepted.   Accessories, lighting, artwork and other non-upholstered items purchased from store or warehouse inventory can be returned within 7 days if in new condition.   Cancellation of special orders are not accepted based on material delays from suppliers or manufacturers.  Delivery dates provided on special orders are estimates only and are subject to change due to material availability or production timelines. 


Special orders for upholstery, case goods, occasional furniture and rugs may be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery.  A restocking fee of 50% will be assessed.  All returned items must be in new condition.  Luxe Home Interiors will not return or refund furniture that will not fit through doorways, hallways or elevators as a result of the buyer’s incorrect measurements.

Delivery Policy:  

Luxe Home Interiors will make every effort to provide delivery as noted on the sales order.  Delivery dates are not guaranteed.  Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the buyer in advance, should a delivery delay occur.  The buyer must accept delivery of all goods within 30 days of notification that the goods have arrived at our service centre.  Requests to hold an order longer than 30 days after arrival at our service centre will be accommodated only if the seller has paid in full for the goods, by the 30th day.  Merchandise will not be left at the delivery address without payment in full.  All products are considered to be in good condition, unless they are reported defective at the time of delivery.


We guarantee that all merchandise meets manufacturer’s warranty standards.  Luxe Home Interiors stands behind our products and provides the free inspection, parts and labour necessary to satisfy all valid warranty claims of furniture used for normal household use.  Warranties are not valid on floor model and clearance merchandise.
